Basseterre: St. Kitts, Wednesday, November 27, 2024:​ The St. Kitts and Nevis Technical and Vocational Education Training Council (SKNTVETC) is currently hosting a two-day meeting for the Caribbean Association of National Training Authorities (CANTA) at the Royal St. Kitts Conference Room. The meeting which started on Tuesday November 26, was preceded by an Opening Ceremony.

Hon Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew this morning, traveled to Barbados to participate in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), securing access to up to $300 million in financing. This funding will support critical projects aligned with our Sustainable Island State Agenda in our thrust to diversify our economy and to decrease our dependence on any single sector.
