BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, June 26, 2018 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister) – Hundreds of grade six students from 24 primary schools on St. Kitts and three on the island of Nevis, on Monday, June 25, graduated from the “Moving on Up Grade Six Transition Programme” – a social intervention programme introduced by Crime Reduction Specialist, Dr. Neals Chitan, with support from the Ministry of National Security.

ECCB reports condominium tax drops 60 percent and a double digit decline in CBI programme in St. Kitts-Nevis
Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 18, 2018 – A decline in property tax receipts was driven by a nearly 60 percent decrease in condominium tax in 2017 in St. Kitts and Nevis, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is reporting.

A dermatologist since 2007, the Wales (UK) and USA trained Dr Huggins who runs a successful practice at Bird Rock Commercial Site in East Basseterre has maintained that since returning home from her studies she wanted to do not just traditional dermatology.

St. Kitts and Nevis records fewer stay-over visitors in 2017

Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 7, 2018 – The number of stay-over visitors to St. Kitts and Nevis fell in 2017 for the second consecutive year.

That’s according to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) which reported declines in visitor arrivals from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the Caribbean for the period under review.
