La Terrazza Restaurant (open 7PM till late) and Caffe Centrale (open 7AM till 5PM) specialize in fresh seasonal menus featuring local and organic ingredients when possible. The wood burning oven is the heart of the restaurant, producing Roman style pizza and the majority of the menu. Our culinary team from Lazio region has created an exciting menu that showcases local ingredients. The wine list is an interesting group of Italian and American wines. Caffe Centrale offers healthy breakfasts, desserts and best coffee on the island, while La Terrazza has an intimate atmosphere for your perfect romantic Caribbean dinner.
