Bradshaw (R.L.B.) International Airport. He was sentenced to twelve (12) months suspended sentence and three (3) months in prison for Endangering Persons. He was also ordered to compensate Mr. Lennox Warner of Lennox Warner and Partner the sum of $5,500 forthwith.

The charges stemmed from an incident in which Mr. Grey received credit by false pretence. Circumstances are that Mr. Grey was inadvertently given a check on October 13, 2017 which was written in the name of another employee of Mr. Warner. The cheque was valued at $5,500.

Mr. Grey was approached by one of the employees of Mr. Warner who questioned him about the cheque and asked him to come in on October 16, 2017 to rectify it. He did not show up for work on that day. Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 7, 2017 – Seven months after a public plea to the authorities to deal with the thick black smoke coming from the incinerator at the J. N. France General Hospital, the situation has remained the same.

It was in May 2017, the Buckley’s community activist, Livingston Huggins wrote on his FaceBook page:
“Minister of Health (Eugene Hamilton), Senator of Health (Wendy Phipps), Ministry of Health (P.S ?) and J.N. France Hospital Authority (CMO; etc), when will the people of Buckley’s Estate get some relief?

On November 7, 2017, an irritated Huggins posted: No one really care a SHIT about the residents of Buckley’s Estate with the smoke from the Incinerator ”

On October 20th 2017, the top photo was taken of medical waste being burnt openly.
