ST. KITTS AND NEVIS PRIME MINISTER CHAIRS CARICOM MEETING ON SECURITY IN TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO\
BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, May 3, 2019 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister) – Chairman of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris, is presently in Trinidad and Tobago where he is leading high level talks on matters of regional security.

This is being done at the 19th Special Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM on Security taking place today, Friday, May 3 at the Hilton Hotel.

Prime Minister Harris is being supported at the one-day meeting by Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of National Security, Mr. Osmond Petty and acting Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hilroy Brandy.

ARMED ROBBERY AT A BAKERY BEING INVESTIGATED

Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 03, 2019 (RSCNPF): The Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a bakery in Sandy Point on May 02, 2019.

Investigations so far have revealed that at approximately 10:15 p.m., three employees of the bakery and one other individual were offloading the delivery buses and then proceeded inside to make preparations for the next day.
