Press Conference on the Third Global Conference on Health and Climate Change convened by PAHO and WHO

WHAT: Press Conference on the III Global Conference on Health and Climate Change. Ministers of Health from throughout the Caribbean will meet in St George’s, Grenada, from 16-17 October 2018 to discuss the importance of ensuring climate resilient health systems in Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization has convened the Caribbean meeting of the III Global Conference on Health and Climate Change, as part of the WHO initiative on Climate Change and Health in Small Island Developing States.
