Celebrating The Lives Of Our Forefathers 

Today May 23, 2018, marks the 40th anniversary of the death of St. Kitts and Nevis’ first National Hero, second Chief Minister, first Premier and father of St. Kitts and Nevis’, The Rt. Excellence Sir Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw.

At 11:30 p.m. on May 23, 1978, Premier Bradshaw, who was originally from St. Paul’s, passed away at his home at Fortlands, at the age of 61.

Earlier this month on May 18, marked the 39th anniversary of the passing of Mr. Bradshaw’s successor, the Rt. Excellent Sir Calem Azariah Paul Southwell.

Prime Minister Harris announces fresh financial packages

London-Antigua-St. Kitts Bribery Scandal be raised?

Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 23, 2018 – With the Peter Virdee-London-Antigua-St. Kitts Bribery Scandal making the rounds and on social media as a result of the German recorded conversations, Berlin’s Ambassador accredited to St. Kitts and Nevis is in Basseterre.

His Excellency Holger Michael is making his first visit to St. Kitts since taking up his new appointment in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

Mr. Michael is expected to make courtesy calls on the Federation’s Governor General, Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Leader of the Opposition.
