Wounding incident at Upper Cayon

a 17 years old boy of McKnight Basseterre arrived at the Mary Charles Hospital with a number of wounds to his body.

He alleged that he went to buy weed from Lorna at Upper Cayon and when he came out the yard a number of masked men attacked him, beat and chop him up.

He managed to escape and made his way to the Mary Charles Hospital at Molyneaux.

MAN CHARGED WITH MURDER IN GILLARD MEADOWS INCIDENT.

Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 18, (RSCNPF): A suspect taken into custody on suspicion of the murder of Gregory Mills has been arrested, formally charged and cautioned.

Arrested and charged is Omax Bye, a 31year old male resident of Upper Shaw Avenue, McKnight.

He was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of murder which was committed on Tuesday (May 09).

PM Timothy Harris on the Chinese fugitive matter.

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, May 17th 2017 – At least two unnamed Caribbean leaders may have tried to persuade St. Kitts and Nevis’ Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris to resolve the standoff with China in the Ren Biao matter.

Leader of the Opposition, the Rt. Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas said the standoff on the Chinese fugitive matter could have implications on the Citizenship by Investment programme in the region.

BA flight from RLB lands in Madrid, reason not known
BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, May 18th 2017 – British Airways flight 2256 that left St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport for Gatwick-London via Antigua landed in Terceira Island in Portugal before going on to Barajas International Airport in Madrid, Spain.
According to flight tracker, BA2256 landed in Spain at 7:40 am on Thursday, around the same time it should have touched down at Gatwick-London.
Flight BA2256 should arrive in London, Thursday night at 8 ‘o’ clock before going on to Providenciales in the Turks a and Caicos Islands before returning to Antigua.
Family members who have passengers onboard have had no official information from British Airways.
