It is with a profound sense of sadness for me to extend condolences to the entire family friends colleagues of my former colleague Mr Alton Liburd who worked with me in HMP St. Kitts and Nevis. Just last week he drove pass me sitting by the ICCS school waiting to pick up my grandson and he hailed me.
