On the same day that public sector workers in St. Kitts and Nevis received the historic three-peat payment of a 13-month (double) salary, another important milestone was met in the country.

December 14th, 2018 saw the Harris-led Team Unity Government do what no other administration has done – pay a 13-month salary to all Federal and Nevis Island Administration workers for the third straight year.

What’s more, the afternoon of December 14th, 2018 was the first time that Carib Brewery (St. Kitts & Nevis) Ltd. reached the one million mark in relation to the number of cases produced in a single year.

The Honourable Prime Minister and His Excellency the Governor-General, Sir S.W. Tapley Seaton, are seen worshipping at the Antioch Baptist Church on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 during a service to commemorate Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris’ 25th anniversary as a Parliamentarian.  It was one of several church services held in honour of Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris who has made outstanding contributions to the people of St. Kitts and Nevis.

GOVERNMENT CONGRATULATES CARIB BREWERY (ST. KITTS AND NEVIS) LTD ON PRODUCTION OF ONE MILLION CASES IN A SINGLE YEAR
Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 14, 2018 (SKNIS): Carib Brewery (St. Kitts and Nevis) Ltd today, December 14, marked a very important milestone in the history of the manufacturing plant when it produced one million cases of beverages in a single year.

Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 14, 2018 (SKNIS): The 2nd Annual Ecclesiastical Affairs Outstanding Community Service Award Ceremony held on Thursday (December 13, 2018) recognized the important work of five faith-based institutions in St. Kitts in improving the lives of the less fortunate.

The event was held at Government House under the patronage of Governor General, His Excellency Sir S. W. Tapley Seaton. The awardees were the Antioch Baptist Church; Mothers’ Union of the Anglican St. Kitts Island Council; Operation Save Our Youth of the Basseterre Wesleyan Holiness Church; and Save Our Sons of the Unique Touch Ministries; as well as the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of the Catholic Church.
