 Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 11, 2018 (RSCNPF): At about 3:45 p.m. on May 10, the Charlestown Police Station received a report from the Medical Services that having responded to an emergency call, they found 34-year-old Petronella Hinds of Cane Garden dead.
