Sex life? What sex life? You’re a parent and life is so busy that you barely have time to think about your own needs, let alone do anything about meeting them. It can seem like your own needs don’t matter, it’s the children that have top priority and you have to do whatever it takes to look after them. Don’t be fooled, your needs are important and neglecting them isn’t good for anyone, not you, not your partner and definitely not your children. Sure you can’t do all the things you did before children, life has changed and pleasure comes in different ways. But you are still an adult with adult needs and for you to feel fulfilled they need to be met.

Harowe Servo St. Kitts plant expansion begins

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, JUNE 14TH 2017 – Expansion of Harowe Servo API in Sandy Point has begun.

It was in February 2014 that then General Manager and Head of Global Operations at API’s World Headquarters in New York, Mr. Kevin Heffler first made the announcement of the expansion during a visit to the plant at Bourkes Eastate, by the Right Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas, who was serving as prime minister of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Mr. Heffler who met with Dr. Douglas informed of the decision to construct an additional 5,000 square feet of manufacturing space with a two-story facility – 2,500 square feet on the first floor and an additional 2,500 square feet on the second floor at an initial cost of EC$250,000.

Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 09, 2017 (SKNIS): In celebration of World Accreditation Day 2017, on June 09, the St. Kitts and Nevis Bureau of Standards (SKNBS) hosted a seminar, which was focused around this year’s theme “Delivering Confidence in Construction and the Built Environment.”

The seminar, which was held at the SKNBS office at La Guerite, not only discussed issues related to the theme, but involved accreditation and/or certification in other sectors, including the medical and testing laboratories, manufacturing and the like.

LIAT Goes To Court To Get Pilots Back in the Skies

ST JOHN’S, Antigua, Friday June 9, 2017 – With pilots continuing strike action that has forced the cancellation and delays of flights across the region, LIAT has decided to turn to the court for help.

Management of the airline has filed an application for a court injunction to end the strike that began on Wednesday as pilots refuse to fly LIAT’s ATR 72 series aircraft without additional compensation.
